Moon Winner ("we", "our", "the app") is a football community and tournament management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign up (email/password or Google Sign-In), we collect your email address, and your name and profile photo (if provided, or from your Google account).
If you create a Player, Coach, or Referee profile, we additionally collect your country, date of birth, gender, playing position (for players), experience level (for referees), and mobile number (optional).
If someone reports your content, we store the report along with your name/ID so our admin team can review it.
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, let you use the app's features, send notifications you've opted into, understand usage and fix bugs, show ads that help support the app, keep the platform safe, and communicate with you about the app if needed. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Moon Winner shows ads through Google AdMob to help support the app. AdMob may collect and use information such as your Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app usage data to serve ads (which may be personalized based on your interests) and to measure ad performance and prevent fraud.
You can manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings (e.g. Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization", or the equivalent on iOS). Turning this off means you'll still see ads, just not ones based on your interests.
Moon Winner is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly serve personalized ads to users under 13. See Google's own policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Moon Winner is built on Google Firebase. The following services process data on our behalf, under Google's own privacy terms:

Your public profile information (name, photo, team/player/tournament details) is visible to other users, since Moon Winner is a community platform built around public browsing. Posts, comments, and reactions are visible to other signed-in users. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, other than the advertising data described in section 3.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available directly in the app, under My Account), your login credentials and access are permanently removed. Any Player, Coach, or Referee profile you created stays in Moon Winner along with its match history — since other teams, tournaments, and players' own records depend on that shared history — but you lose the ability to manage it, and it's no longer linked to a login. If you'd like a profile's data removed entirely rather than just disconnected, contact us at the email below.
Moon Winner is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
We use Firebase's built-in security features, including Firestore Security Rules, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
