Moon Winner ("Moon Winner", "we", "our", or "us") is a football community and tournament management platform. Moon Winner allows users to create a personal account, optionally create Player, Coach, or Referee profiles, manage football-related information, and access and interact with teams, tournaments, matches, rankings, and community content.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect and use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to you when you use the Moon Winner mobile application or website.

By using Moon Winner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of Moon Winner more broadly.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Moon Winner and which features you choose to use.

1.1 User Account Information

Moon Winner allows you to create a personal User Account.

When creating or managing your User Account, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Country
  • Profile photo, if you choose to provide one
  • Authentication information associated with your selected sign-in method

Your User Account is your primary account for accessing Moon Winner.

Depending on the authentication method you use, certain basic account information may be provided by the authentication provider. For example, if you use Google Sign-In, Google may provide information such as your email address, name, or profile photo according to the information available through that sign-in method.

Date of birth, gender, and country may be information that you provide directly within Moon Winner.

2. Optional Football Profiles

After creating a User Account, you may optionally create football-related profiles within Moon Winner.

These profiles are associated with your User Account and are not separate login accounts.

Depending on the features available in the app, you may create:

  • A Player Profile
  • A Coach Profile
  • A Referee Profile

You do not need to create any of these profiles simply to have a Moon Winner User Account.

2.1 Player Profile

If you create a Player Profile, we may collect information such as:

  • Player name
  • Profile photo
  • Playing position
  • Team information
  • Football-related information
  • Match participation
  • Match statistics
  • Other information that you choose to provide through the Player feature

2.2 Coach Profile

If you create a Coach Profile, we may collect information such as:

  • Coach name
  • Profile photo
  • Coaching-related information
  • Experience or other football-related information
  • Team information
  • Other information that you choose to provide through the Coach feature

2.3 Referee Profile

If you create a Referee Profile, we may collect information such as:

  • Referee name
  • Profile photo
  • Refereeing experience
  • Match-related information
  • Other football-related information that you choose to provide through the Referee feature

If additional fields are available within any of these profiles, information you choose to enter into those fields may also be collected and stored.

3. Teams, Tournaments, Matches and Grounds

Depending on the features available to your account, you may create or manage football-related information.

This may include:

  • Team names and information
  • Team logos and images
  • Tournament information
  • Match information
  • Match dates and times
  • Scores
  • Match events
  • Player lineups
  • Match statistics
  • Tournament standings
  • Rankings
  • Ground or venue information
  • Team and tournament relationships
  • Other football-related records

Some of this information may become part of shared or public football records and may be visible to other Moon Winner users.

4. Content You Create

Moon Winner may provide community features that allow users to create and interact with content.

Depending on the features you use, we may collect and store:

  • Posts
  • Comments
  • Reactions

  • Uploaded images
  • Fanzone comments
  • Match predictions
  • Other text, media, or information that you voluntarily submit

Content that you post in public or community areas may be visible to other users.

You may be able to control or limit personalized advertising through your device or applicable Google advertising settings.

Depending on your settings and location, you may still receive advertisements that are not personalized.

Moon Winner does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate right or permission to provide such information where required by applicable law.

You should not upload another person's private information without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

We may share or allow access to information with service providers that help us operate Moon Winner.

  • Google Sign-In and related authentication services

14. Firebase Services

Moon Winner uses Google Firebase services to provide and operate various features.

Depending on the features enabled in Moon Winner, these services may include:

Firebase Authentication — Used to create and authenticate User Accounts.

Cloud Firestore — Used to store information such as accounts, profiles, teams, tournaments, matches, statistics, rankings, and community content.

Firebase Storage — Used to store photos, images, and other media uploaded through Moon Winner.

Firebase Cloud Messaging — Used to deliver push notifications.

Firebase Analytics — Used to understand app usage and improve the service.

Firebase Crashlytics — Used to collect crash and diagnostic information and improve app stability.

Firebase Hosting — May be used to host Moon Winner's website and web resources.

Firebase services may process information according to Google's applicable privacy terms and policies.

15. Data Retention

Certain shared football records, such as match results, tournament standings, statistics, rankings, and team records, may need to remain available to preserve the historical integrity of the platform.

Where information is retained for legitimate reasons after account deletion, we will seek to remove or anonymize information that directly identifies you where reasonably possible.

16. Account Deletion

Moon Winner provides users with both in-app account deletion and an external account deletion web resource.

16.1 Delete Your Account In-App

You can permanently delete your Moon Winner User Account directly from within the app.

To delete your account:

  1. Open Moon Winner and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Tap your Profile Card.
  4. Select My Account.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion.

Your account deletion will then be processed according to this Privacy Policy.

16.2 Delete Your Account Through the Website

If you cannot access the Moon Winner app, you can use our external account deletion page:

The account deletion page provides information about how to request deletion of your Moon Winner account and associated personal data.

16.3 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you delete your User Account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where reasonably possible, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Your User Account is the primary account through which you access Moon Winner.

If you have created a Player, Coach, or Referee Profile, those profiles are associated with your User Account. Deleting your User Account will remove your ability to access or manage those profiles through that account.

Some information may be retained or anonymized when necessary to maintain legitimate shared football records, including:

  • Historical match results
  • Tournament statistics
  • Team records
  • Rankings
  • Match statistics
  • Other shared football records

Where such records need to remain available, we may remove or anonymize information that directly identifies you personally where reasonably possible.

Deleting your account may be permanent and may not be reversible.

Deleting the Moon Winner app from your device does not delete your account.

Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent where applicable.

Notifications — You may disable push notifications through your device or app settings.

18. Children's Privacy

Moon Winner is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
