Terms and Conditions

Moon Winner is a football community and football management platform designed to help users:

• Create and manage a personal User Account
• Create optional Player, Coach, or Referee Profiles
• Create and manage football teams
• Create and manage tournaments
• Create and manage football matches
• Record match scores, events, statistics, and lineups
• View rankings and tournament standings
• Share football-related posts and content
• Interact with other members of the football community
• Access other football-related features provided by Moon Winner

Moon Winner provides technology and tools for these activities but does not automatically verify every piece of information submitted by users.

Moon Winner is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use Moon Winner in your country.

If the legal minimum age in your country is higher than 13, you must meet that higher age requirement.

By using Moon Winner, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Moon Winner uses a User Account as the primary account through which you access the platform.

When creating your User Account, you may be required to provide information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Country
• Profile photo, if you choose to provide one

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must not:

• Create an account using another person's identity
• Impersonate another person
• Provide intentionally false information
• Use another person's account without permission
• Create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

After creating a User Account, you may optionally create football-related profiles within Moon Winner.

These may include:

• Player Profile
• Coach Profile
• Referee Profile

These profiles are associated with your User Account and are not separate login accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to these profiles is accurate and does not falsely represent another person.

You may be able to create one Player Profile, one Coach Profile, and one Referee Profile per User Account, subject to the limits and functionality provided by Moon Winner.

Moon Winner may change profile limits or requirements in the future.

Moon Winner may allow eligible users to create or manage:

• Football teams
• Tournaments
• Matches
• Grounds or venues
• Players and lineups
• Match events
• Scores
• Statistics
• Rankings
• Tournament standings

Users who create or manage teams, tournaments, matches, or grounds are responsible for the information they submit and the activities they arrange.

Moon Winner provides the platform and tools but does not act as the organizer, referee, owner, or official authority of user-created football activities unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Moon Winner may display information such as:

• Match scores
• Goals
• Match events
• Player statistics
• Team statistics
• Tournament standings
• Rankings
• Historical match records

This information may be entered or managed by team managers, tournament organizers, referees, or other authorized users.

Moon Winner does not guarantee that every score, statistic, ranking, lineup, or result is accurate.

Users should verify important match and tournament information with the relevant organizers or officials.

Moon Winner may correct, modify, remove, or restrict access to information when reasonably necessary to address errors, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Moon Winner may allow you to post, upload, or share:

• Posts
• Comments
• Photos
• Profile information
• Match predictions
• Fanzone content
• Team information
• Tournament information
• Other football-related content

All such material that you submit is referred to as "Your Content."

You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to the rights you grant to Moon Winner under these Terms.

By submitting Your Content to Moon Winner, you grant Moon Winner a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, provide, and improve Moon Winner and its features.

This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to Moon Winner.

You may remove Your Content where the relevant Moon Winner feature allows you to do so.

Some information may remain as part of shared football records, historical match information, tournament statistics, rankings, or other legitimate records even after account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for everything you submit to Moon Winner.

You must not upload, post, share, or transmit content that:

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Is defamatory or knowingly false
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
• Contains sexually explicit material
• Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors
• Promotes violence or illegal activity
• Contains scams, fraud, or deceptive information
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Is spam
• Misrepresents a football match, tournament, team, player, coach, or referee
• Impersonates another person or organization
• Contains another person's private information without appropriate permission
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

Moon Winner may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates a safety, legal, or security risk.

Moon Winner is a shared football community.

You agree to treat other users respectfully.

You must not use Moon Winner to:

• Harass or threaten other users
• Bully or intimidate other users
• Create fake profiles
• Manipulate match results or statistics
• Fraudulently manipulate rankings or tournament standings
• Abuse reporting systems
• Spam other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts
• Interfere with Moon Winner's operation
• Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
• Engage in unlawful activities

Repeated or serious violations may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account.

Moon Winner may allow users to arrange or participate in football activities, including:

• Matches
• Tournaments
• Training sessions
• Football events
• Meetups
• Other football-related activities

These activities are organized by users and are not automatically organized, supervised, or endorsed by Moon Winner.

Team owners, tournament organizers, referees, players, coaches, and other participants are responsible for their own activities and conduct.

Before participating in any physical football activity, you should consider your own safety and follow applicable laws, rules, and safety requirements.

Moon Winner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, disputes, property damage, cancellations, misconduct, or other losses arising from user-organized activities, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Moon Winner does not guarantee that information provided by users is:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Authentic
• Official
• Verified

This includes information relating to:

• Players
• Coaches
• Referees
• Teams
• Tournaments
• Matches
• Scores
• Statistics
• Rankings
• Grounds
• Events

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

Moon Winner may display advertisements through Google AdMob and other advertising partners.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable laws, device settings, user choices, and advertising systems.

Moon Winner does not independently control the products, services, claims, or content presented by third-party advertisers.

Any transaction or interaction you have with an advertiser is between you and the advertiser.

For information about advertising-related data processing, please see our Privacy Policy.

Moon Winner uses third-party services to provide certain features.

These services may include Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, and other third-party technologies.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Moon Winner is not responsible for the policies, practices, availability, or content of third-party services that we do not control.

The Moon Winner name, logo, application, website, software, design, graphics, user interface, original content, and other materials created or provided by Moon Winner are owned by or licensed to Moon Winner unless otherwise stated.

You may not, without permission or legal authorization:

• Copy Moon Winner's proprietary materials
• Redistribute the Moon Winner application
• Modify Moon Winner's proprietary software or materials
• Create derivative works from Moon Winner's proprietary materials
• Reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted
• Use Moon Winner's name or logo in a misleading manner
• Suggest an unauthorized partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Moon Winner

These restrictions do not transfer ownership of Your Content to Moon Winner.

You may delete your Moon Winner User Account at any time.

In-App Account Deletion

To delete your account:

1. Open Moon Winner and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap your Profile Card.
4. Select My Account.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion.

You may also find information about account deletion at https://moonwinner.com/delete-account.

Deleting your account may be permanent and cannot necessarily be reversed.

Deleting the Moon Winner app from your device does not delete your account.

You may stop using Moon Winner at any time.

Moon Winner may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all features if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms
• Violated applicable law
• Engaged in fraud or abuse
• Created a security risk
• Created fake or misleading profiles
• Manipulated football records
• Harassed or harmed other users
• Misused Moon Winner
• Created legal or operational risk for Moon Winner

Where appropriate, we may restrict specific features instead of terminating your entire account.

Termination does not necessarily require us to delete information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

We aim to keep Moon Winner available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be:

• Available
• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Secure
• Free from bugs
• Compatible with every device

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, third-party service interruptions, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Moon Winner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user-generated information
• The accuracy of match results
• The accuracy of tournament standings
• The accuracy of player statistics
• The accuracy of rankings
• The availability of specific features
• That the application will always be free from errors
• That the service will always be uninterrupted

Moon Winner is a technology platform and does not replace official football authorities, tournament organizers, referees, clubs, or governing bodies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moon Winner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Moon Winner.

This may include losses arising from:

• User disputes
• Football matches
• Tournaments
• Injuries or accidents
• User-organized events
• Incorrect scores or statistics
• Incorrect rankings
• User-generated content
• Account suspension or termination
• Service interruptions
• Third-party services
• Third-party advertisements

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of Moon Winner
• Your unlawful activities
• Your Content
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Your participation in activities arranged through Moon Winner

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Moon Winner may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time as we develop and improve the platform.

We may also introduce new features or change existing features.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method where required.

Your continued use of Moon Winner after updated Terms become effective means that you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Moon Winner is legally operated, except where mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that you cannot legally waive under applicable law.
